Reusing Course Materials from a Previous Session
Penn Libraries use a software called Leganto for Course Reserves.
If you would like to re-use materials that you have placed on reserve in a previous course, please follow the steps below:
- Start in the site with the original content. (The older course.)
- Open Course Reserves at Penn in the older course.
- If Course Reserves is hidden from the left navigation panel - use these Canvas Navigation Menu instructions to place Course Reserves back into your navigation panel.
- Next, select the site you want to copy to. The default name of the list is in the format “Name of Original List (Rolled Over) but this can be edited to match the name of the destination course.
Please note: Course Reserves lists do not copy over as part of Canvas Course Copy/Import or Blueprint Sync.
Please contact the Penn Libraries Reserves team if you need help: vpreserv@pobox.upenn.edu
