Two-Step Verification - Google@SAS email

Modified on Fri, Aug 29 at 4:30 PM

The majority of Penn SAS and LPS students have a Google@SAS Penn Email account.

If you are a SAS student who needs help with your Google@SAS account, please use the contact form on the Email Help for SAS Students webpage.

If you have a dual role at Penn, meaning you are a student and staff member, and you are taking LPS courses, you should continue to use your Outlook email address. You would activate your Google@SAS account if you were using Google applications, such as Google Docs, but you would not receive email at this location. Please reach out to online-learning-help@sas.upenn.edu if you are interested in using your Google@SAS account for Google Docs; we can assist with the process.

Instructors of LPS courses are also eligible for a Google@SAS accounts.

To add another layer of security to your Google@SAS or personal Gmail account, you can enroll in Google Two-Step Verification.

If you are SAS faculty or staff who needs help with Google@SAS or have an email question, please consult the local support provider (LSP) for your department.

Note: Pennkey Accounts

Google@SAS two-step verification is different from PennKey two-step verification. You must enable two-step verification for your PennKey account! For instructions on how to do so, please see Two-Step Verification - PennKey.
