"Your connection is not private" solution

1. Enable cross-site tracking in your browser of choice:

2. Clear your browser's cache:
3. Restart your computer.
4. Open the same browser of choice used steps 1 and 2.
5. Go to canvas.upenn.edu and log in with your PennKey username and password. 

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please try each of the remaining browsers suggested in step 1. 


Try accessing the desired site using an Incognito Window browser.


If these steps do not work for any of the recommended browsers, please contact us at online-learning-help@sas.upenn.edu let us know so we can investigate further.
