You can turn off "Help Me Write" using these steps:
- Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of Chrome.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy and security.
- Scroll down the page and click Site settings.
- Scroll down the page and click Offer writing help.
- Toggle off "Offer writing help."
